Between my wife Jean and I, we have more than 50 years of combined experience living in the Melbourne, Palm Bay Florida area and we have lots of favorites.
We've experienced nearly every nook and cranny of this area and all it has to offer everyone.
Which is quite a lot...
If you are going to live in Florida, the Melbourne, Palm Bay area is one of the better places to live.
Why, you ask...
Because it has a smaller town feel, with access to big city amenities. You can be in the bustling metropolis of Orlando, with everything it has to offer including Disney, shows, sports, etc., in an hour and a half and not have to deal with the daily drive through traffic.
We have access to the Melbourne International Airport, so we can get anywhere in the world from the Melbourne, Palm Bay Florida area we want to go.
We also have rivers, beaches, lakes, sports, tasty restaurants, theater, art museums, a downtown historical district, new housing developments, real estate investments, and one of the best annual Art Festivals in the nation, right here in Melbourne, Florida.
And don't forget about our favorite spots...we're sure some of them will be your favorites too!
You can enjoy a nice morning sitting under the oaks along the Indian River in Front Street Park. Even when the weather is hot and muggy, as it is at times here in the Melbourne, Palm Bay Florida area, Front Street Park usually has a cool breeze blowing through it. There's hardly anything more enjoyable than spending the morning in the park...
