Steve has been involved in Palm Bay and Melbourne Florida real estate since earning his Real Estate Agent's License in 1997.
After being an agent for a couple of years with Coldwell Banker, he had the opportunity to learn the new construction side of the business as a Builder's Representative for Burgoon Burger Construction, a locally owned contractor with a solid reputation.
Steve spent three years with Burgoon Berger Construction in the Palm Bay area, learning everything about finding lots, helping customers acquire financing, and building new homes. He then went on to work for custom builder John Jackson Homes for a year then moved back into general real estate to help others with their real estate needs.
