For lunch recently my wife Jean had a garlic hummus wrap and I had their vegetarian 3 bean chili that came with a fresh baked roll and they were both delicious.
The Abundant Life Cafe and Market is so serious about their mission to get people to eat healthier they sell their organic produce at their cost. Their philosophy on this is that organic produce is expensive and more people would eat it if it weren't so costly, therefore they sell it for what it costs them, getting more people to eat better.
Besides organic produce, the Market side also offers, organic and natural groceries, wheat-free and gluten-free items, organic dairy products, natural and organic meats, vitamins and supplements, health and beauty items and pet supplies.
